We've put together programs that focus on realistic budget planning and expense tracking. These aren't overnight solutions – they're structured courses that run between September and December 2025, giving you time to actually learn and apply the methods that work in practice.
Our approach is straightforward. You'll work with actual budget scenarios from Thai businesses operating in Chon Buri and surrounding areas, so the examples feel relevant rather than abstract.
Each course meets twice weekly for eight weeks. The schedules below are confirmed for 2025, and we're keeping groups small – around 12 people per session – because that seems to work better for the discussion-based format we use.
Covers the basics of tracking income and expenses, setting up realistic savings goals, and handling irregular income patterns. Good if you're self-employed or deal with variable monthly earnings.
Focuses on cash flow monitoring, vendor payment scheduling, and quarterly budget reviews. We use real case studies from local shops and service businesses in the region.
For people who already track their budgets but want to improve accuracy and learn better forecasting techniques. Includes quarterly planning templates and adjustment strategies.
Our instructors come from accounting and small business backgrounds here in Thailand. They've dealt with the specific challenges that come with managing budgets in this market.
